Guided by a culture that is cultivated by the continuity of the land. House of Tuhi’s focus comes from natural fibres. For us luxury exists in using fabrics that are enduring for the soil and the soul.

We only use 100% certified organic fabrics. Our current range of fabrics include cotton, bamboo silk, voile and TENCEL™. We are constantly searching for new conscious fabrics and are only looking to further grow this list of fabrics.
GOTS Certification
GOTS stands for the Global Organic Textile Standard which has global recognition for a standard requirements for organic textiles. They also invest in social welfare, ensuring fair wages, safe working conditions, and the prohibition of slave and child labour. The only textile certification that addresses these issues. OEKO-TEX® Certification
OEKO-TEX® stands for textiles tested for harmful substances. Setting the benchmark for textile safety, from yarn to finished product. This means that there is no exposure to harmful substance when wearing this fabric. To read more click here.
FSC® Certification
FSC® stands for Forest Stewardship Council®. This ensures that cellulose-based textiles (rayon, viscose, lyocell, modal) originate from responsibly managed, sustainable, or recycled forests. Committing to protect earth’s forests. To read more click here.
OCIA Certification
OCIA stands for Organic Crop Improvement Association. This certification is especially recognised across North, Central, and South America. It is an international nonprofit, member-owned organisation accredited certification for organic farmers, processors, and handlers. LENZING ™ certification assures that fabrics are sustainably sourced wood-based fibers (Lyocell, Modal, or Viscose). The Lenzing Pro portal verification ensures that high environmental standards have been met during the process of manufacturing. To read more click here.
